Are your products original?

Yes. ELHENAWY STORES is an authorised distributor for every brand we carry. All items are 100% original and come with a merchant warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Visa (on request). Confirmation of payment is required before shipping for prepaid orders.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all governorates of Egypt. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How long is the warranty?

Warranty length depends on the brand. Tommy Hilfiger and Maserati come with a 2-year warranty. Most other brands come with a 1-year warranty. Warranty terms are listed on the product page.

Can I return or exchange an item?
