Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your ELHENAWY purchase. If you aren't, you may return or exchange the item under the following terms.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition

The item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to initiate a return

Contact us on 01119934221 or email samyamr819@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will arrange pickup or provide a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / Visa). COD orders are refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

Non-returnable items

• Opened perfume bottles (for hygiene reasons).
• Items damaged by misuse.
• Final-sale items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Warranty claims

Warranty claims are handled separately. Please contact us with photos/video of the defect and your order number, and we will coordinate repair or replacement under the brand's warranty terms.
